Ok giving 5 stars because this hotel was exactly what you would hope for the price, and a lot of reviewers have very unrealistic expectations. This hotel is WAY cheaper than anything else I found in the neighbourhood. And note - its a HOTEL not a hostel, so private room (most of the rooms have a private bathroom). Are things a bit worn? Yes. Are they clean? Yes. Free coffee and tea in the rooms, clean linens and bedding, etc... The staff were courteous, and allowed me to stash my bags before check in (they do this for everyone). Very close to Kings Cross, and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops. They keep track of who is coming and going, so it is safe and secure. Great pubs very close with live music, parks, shops on the back streets, etc.... The room also had tv and refrigerator.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. If you are travelling on a budget, then you cannot go wrong with this hotel. It is budget though, so be aware of the following things: There is no breakfast included, there are no lifts, the rooms are very small and the area is definitely not the most luxurious, however, these did not take away from the fact that the rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet at night, and the hotel was only a short walk to King’s Cross station. We had our own private bathroom, which provided a toilet roll, small soap and two towels. You also get a small kettle with tea and coffee amenities. What really pleasantly surprised me about this hotel though was that although a budget hotel, the room had a ceiling fan and a small fridge, which I have never had at any other budget hotel, so that was a huge plus, and both came in handy! The staff at reception were pleasant enough. The only thing I’d critique on was that there is no lift, which makes it hard when you have heavy suitcases to lug up the stairs.

Let's be honest, it is a budget hotel. I would rate it 3 stars for the amenities themselves. However, the place is clean and the beds are decent enough for a good night sleep. So for the very cheap price and the great location right next to kings cross station, it really was the best we could've asked for. Check in is very flexible with a 24h counter with friendly staff. If you're looking for a cheap stay at a great location, this is for you.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful with our requests for information. The rooms are small but comfortable, with useful amenities like a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and free coffee and tea. Its location is ideal for exploring London on foot. A great option at a reasonable price.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in the last week of September and we had a positive experience (overall). The staff were all consistently kind and helpful throughout our time there. The location is absolutely fantastic. We loved the area and found it to be convenient, as it was close to everything we needed, especially the train and underground stations. We stayed in a ground floor room located at the back of the hotel. The room was quite small, which meant we had very limited space, making it difficult to even fully open our bags. But it was ok, after all we didn't spend much time there. And the bathroom was also very small; in particular, the shower enclosure was quite tight, even for someone like me (I'm quite short and skinny). If you are looking for a budget hotel with convenient location, this is a great choice! Just be aware that the room can be small and be prepared for limited personal space.

A basic, no-frills hotel, but with helpful and friendly staff. Great location near the station and good value for the price. The area felt a little dodgey in the evening, but no worse than other major cities. The single room is very compact – really only suitable for one person. The shower was tiny, with both shoulders brushing the walls, and only a small circle of soap provided, so I’d recommend bringing shower gel. Also worth noting there isn't a lift in this hotel. Still, for a cheap stay in a convenient spot, it does the job - hence the fairly high rating

The place pretty nearer to all the transport. Most of the restaurants are near by to grab a quick bite and start exploringthe city.As everyone already mentioned, the rooms are bit smaller .So be informed on this.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here. The room service is really good , they were available all the time if we needed any help

Just a minute away from the BL, King's Cross, and Saint Pancras, the location is hard to beat. The rooms are small and Spartan but clean. The basketball park across the street is perhaps a bit noisy, but that is not bothersome as long as you keep the windows closed.
